While I’ll be unable to go into specifics with you, there are a variety of processes each Best Buy store is expected to follow in order to prevent loss within their stores, one of which can be checking the receipts we’ve provided our customers as they leave the store. We’re hopeful this would be a smooth process for our customers, and I apologize if this experience added any frustration to your visit.
