"Mis-spoke" about speed of refund check?

Employee said it'd be 3 to 4 day's for refund check to arrive. It's been a week, equivalent of 3 business day's. Is the policy business day's? Your online policy say's 10 day's. Maybe ya'll should get your stuff straight before running a business, eh?

Usually within 7-10 days. It's an estimate, not everyone is going to have the exact same experience.
