I have recently purchased two pre-orders (see below) and did not receive all of the pre-order bonuses.

Halo Reach

Date - 9/11{removed per forum guidelines}

In store pick-up on release date 9/14

Did not receive Best Buy gift card ($20 or $25 - I have forgotten the exact amount) via mail or email

Fable 3

Date - 10/18

{removed per forum guidelines}

Order shipped on 10/25

Did not receive game codes for in-game items and Villager Maker

Not too concerned about this one as today is the release date and the codes may still arrive via email "on or around release date" and there is a long thread in the gaming section already about this same issue. 

What is the best action to take concerning these pre-order bonuses?  Normally Best Buy has a good track record (recently received Fallout New Vegas bonuses with game last week), so I am assuming these are unique instances in this case.  Thanks in advance for the assistance.

Thanks Dorothy.  I also want to add an update to my situation - earlier today (about an hour or two ago) I recieved my preorder codes for the Fable 3 pre-order bonus via email.  The only outstanding issue is the Halo Reach gift card.  Thanks again for the customer support!

I've had the same issue with the HALO pre-order and have tried to resolve it for 2 months now (Sent you a Private message over 30 days ago). Any chance you can assist me in getting it resolved? This process is beginning to get frustrating.

I received the Halo Reach pre-order gift card in the mail at the end of last week.  All issues are closed and resolved.  Thanks to all for your assistance.
