I'm planning to go to NY during my Easter holidays. I'd like to buy a Nexus S phone and seems to be that Best Buy is the best place to buy said phone.

My question is what is the price of the phone and whether should I do a preorder or not to get the phone. I'm assuming the the phone can be sold unlocked.
