Hello,

As a gift, I received the same software program twice. The one I would like to return was purchased out of state, and with a credit card. Will I be able to return this in exchange for a cash refund? I have the receipt, and the software has not been opened, nor has it been 30 days since purchased.

Checks are returned as cash unless over $250 i believe.
