Hi
I'm looking for the refund status for the return I made on 12/19/10 because the price was not what I was expecting. The purchase was made with Credit Card and I have not gotten my refund.
The Customer Service PIN # is {Removed per Forum Guidelines}
I really hope someone to help me on this.

I understand your concern regarding the status of your return, made on 12/19/10.
Upon my investigation in your refund, it was noted that you also placed a call on 1/06, where Eileen let you know that the refund was returned to the credit card used on the original purchase. This refund can take up to two billing cycles, if after two billing cycles the refund does not appear on your credit card, feel free to send me a private message, and I will look into it for you.
