oscarmillian,

I am sorry to hear about your 120gb Zune, I'd be happy to help you determining what is the best option for you, being that you are currently in Mexico. My only question to you is, when you referer to the warranty, are you talking about the manufacture's warranty? If so you will have to speak with Zune directly.

If you are speaking of Geek Squad Black Tie Protection Plan (GSBTP) , then you will need to get in touch with N.E.W., they help facilitate information to our international customers using GSBTP service. You may reach them by email, send it to them at BestBuyMgmtIssues@newcorp.com for assistance. Please put "International Customer Reimbursement" in the subject line of the email to make sure that it's routed correctly. Include the following in your email:

(1) Name

(2) Phone

(3) PSP number

(4) Product make & model

(5) Description of the problem

(6) Current location (be specific).

Responses should be received within 2 business days.

You may also call them by dialing country’s code + 800-556-56565 to obtain repair information.

Let me know if you have any further questions. Gook luck!

Re: defective 120Gb Zune

Karina, isn't the Mexico Int'l PSP dept. the number I posted? I thought the phonefree number was only for other countries.
