Best Buy & Geek Squad Policies

I feel like a moron.  =-)

I made a purchase online and picked my items up in my nearest Best Buy store.

Got home... opened up one of the items only to find out I got the wrong thing (my own fault, not BB).

To make matters worse the reciept the store printed out has COME UP MISSING!!!  Looked for almost 3 hours.

If I need to make a return is printing up the reciept BB.com (and I still have the little slip they stick on the package showing it is a pickup order), and having my credit card and photo ID enough... or do I actually HAVE to have the reciept I signed?

Those items should have the BBY01____ order number on them so you should be ok to use those as long as it's not an item which can't be returned once opened (media, games, software).
