I purchased a stereo with install and camera that totaled around $370, but now the stereo is on sale for $30 less and I want to exchange for a different camera. The total will still be over $249. My question is will the 18 months no interest still apply if I exchange an item and the total is still over $249?

As long as the total before tax (and shipping, if applicable) is above the $249, you should be fine, even with the price match.
