I am sorely disappointed in the level of customer service Best Buy has exhibited. In the last week I have called no fewer than three times to try and figure out if and when Bestbuy.com will have back in stock the Nikon D7000 body only DSLR. First customer service representative had absolutely no information and never offered to go and find any. Unsatisfied, I called again a day later and the person this time says, "oh yeah, we'll have more in the warehouse this Friday." On Saturday, it is still out of stock. So I call back, and the person this time says, "no, we don't have that item in stock, and I don't know if we will be getting more in." What am I to make of this? Will Best Buy ever stock this product again, and if so, when?
