It goes along with the extended holiday return policy. Phones are included in it. BB will take the phone back, but you're on your own when it comes to your contract. If you want to return the phone and keep paying for the contract, more power to you.

You can definitely do exchanges.
As for returns, if someone is willing to pay the ETF, they can also return the phone until 1-31.

I’d like to take a second to let you know that we do appreciate when our customers let us know about store experiences like this. Nokia is correct about the return/exchange period for computers, it is indeed 14 days.
