Re: I am so fed up with your employees blantant lies and disregard for customers.

The policy from corporate is 1 TouchPad per customer (employee or not) and employees are not allowed to purchase it on the clock or on their lunch break. Whether or not everyone is following this, I don't know. But I'm sure management would like to hear about it if their employees are breaking this policy.

Chances of 25 employees being in their work clothes and completely off there shift seem very hard to believe. But it is not my business to look into.

Hello Douglas-BBY,

I think the issue isn't that they have insider advantage. I think that your takeaway is severely understated if I may say so.

I think the issue is they were reserving more than one sometimes admittedly entire stocks of a particular product was not hitting the shelf for the consumers. It's hard to imagine employees can get away with this without the manager's knowledge. In my case, in one of my other posts, one tried to even scalp people touchpads outside of your store. If they are, then management isn't managing well.

I think you would agree that ultimately as a retailer and a corporation, your sales are derived from your public consumers and not your employees (at least in the long run).  As of now, actions by your employees across the nation (subjective based on my experiences and what I am reading online - just google search it) are driving away some of your core consumers.  Consumers who ultimately make more money and spend more money in your stores.

If there were another hot-ticket item tomorrow, it wouldn't be out of the question for some professional journalists to record evidence of an employee abuses.  If they can prove that it's systemtic this could be a huge PR disaster.
