I just wanted to post this and this was an email I sent to LaMonica {removed per forum guidelines} and Ross {removed per forum guidelines}. There were the names given to me by the manager that I wanted to compliment.
I would just like to send an email to highlight one of your great managers at the Best Buy – Greenspoint Store 215, Raymond {removed per forum guidelines}. I had emailed Ray yesterday about a product I was looking for that I saw online at bestbuy to see if it was in stock. I sent the first email around 10:05 am and had a response back from him at around 10:30. This was unexpected at the speed of his response. The product I was looking for they did not have in stock at his store. Since this product was not at his store, he let me know he would check the other stores to see if he could get it transferred in and would get back with me. I followed up with an email around 2 in the afternoon and about 20 minutes later I had a response back saying he could get it and it would take about a week. This was a little longer than I wanted to wait and I started to look at another product, the htct150. This is the new model to the product that I wanted the htct100. So I did some pricing online and found a cheaper price in an online store. I emailed him the link to the product to show the price. He explained to me that he was not able to match online store only ads, but would sale it to me for the sale price it was last week. Once he confirmed that I wanted it, he went through the trouble of getting one off of the shelf and putting it at customer service with my name on it. So when I got there, I went straight to customer service and my product was waiting. I just felt I wanted to send an email to let you know of the great service I received from one of your managers. I know he was busy all day and still took time out of his day to respond to my emails and put my product at customer service so it would be there when I got there.

I would just like to send an email to highlight one of your great managers at the Best Buy – Katy Fwy Store 216, Pipo {removed per forum guidelines}. I had emailed Pipo yesterday about a product I was looking for that I saw online at bestbuy to see if it was in stock. I sent the first email around 10:07 am and had a response back from him at around 10:21. This was unexpected at the speed of his response. The product I was looking for they did have in stock at his store. I followed up with an email around 11:00 am, and about 15 minutes later had a response he went to physically check and they had some in stock. I explained to him after this it is a long drive and would they be able to put one on hold for me. He also explained that it was an open box and that the price was actually 179.99 vs 199.99. So I had a few more questions about it about warranty and all parts included since it was open box. I then received an email that he had went through the box himself and saw everything was in the box as if it was new. He did let me know again it was an open box, but had everything as if it was new. I told him that was great. Around 5 pm I received an email stating he had put a complete one up at customer service with my name on it and that it was a complete one. Went in and picked up the item and it was there with my name on it. He had already left for the day, but had informed the closing manager of what was happening as well.

I'm glad to hear you received above and beyond service. It's always nice to see people come here and tell everyone how well people did in certain situations.
And yes, last names shouldn't be posted. I'll let one of the moderators know and they'll remove the information when possible. ![]()

I believe that good experiences, such as the one you describe, are the goal of our company and an indication of the customer service that we strive to provide every customer.
