I work in retail and completely understand that the week before Christmas is very busy at all Best Buy stores. But one would also like to spend their best buy gift card they received at Christmas but when I go to pick out some nice headphones and the only ones on the shelves are the $499 Beats by Dre, which I am not going to spend that amount of money on heaphones. I went to four local stores hear in Jacksonville, FL and all had the same shortage in headphones. One employees resoponse at the Atlantic Blvd locations response was "If you haven't noticed, we've been busy recently," Now, I could've raised cane and complained to the manager, but like I said I work and retail and wish I had the balls to say that to a customer.... that being said, it should not have been said. Also, it's quite absurd there is no place on the website to enter a complaint or compliment... it's not that hard Best Buy... ALL of your competitors have an area on there sites to do so. Anyways, just wanted to voice my frustration.

Hello WhyEmptyShelves,
I do apologize for the lack of headphones for you to purchase. Likewise, please accept my apology for the rather rude and disrespectful manner our sales associate delivered it. That is never acceptable no matter what. I know the days immediately after the holidays are when we have shortages in product. It takes a few days for everything to catch up. I hope that by now you've been able to find the perfect headphones to use your gift card on.
I thank you for taking the time to let us know about your store experience. We want you to have nothing less than a terrific time every time you step into one of our stores. Please let me know if I can be of further help.
Best regards,
