Purchased "Cars 2" 3D DVD. Played it, it kept repeating the same scene over and over. Read the back of the receipt, only allowed to exchange for same product. No problem with that. Second DVD did the same thing. Our other 3Ds work well without interruption, Googled the DVD for problems, seems there is a problem with that DVD. Is there anyway to exchange the DVD for a totally different movie? Not happy that I have a product that doesn't work.

I apologize that the "Cars 2" 3D DVD wasn't working on several occasions. As stated previously, have you attempted to download the firmware updates on your player? This usually will solve the issue. If not, please post here and we can look into the situation further.
