That is the number for complaints. There is no Corporate Complaint department. What are you wanting to complain about?

When calling the number you listed, I was denied the ablity to speak with managers, I could not get a number for the ceo or even be transfered to his/her admin.
I'm fed up with the total lack of professonalism in Best Buy from the local computer teck, (GEEK SQUAD) to the service department in Kentucky.
I want the name and phone number for the ceo's admin, I know there's no way the ceo would take a call but the admin can.

I honestly don't know for sure, however, if he waits for a response from someone with -BBY after their name, they're all from the corporate office and will be able to help him out.

hmmm i tried talking to them couple days ago, the department is called "customer relation" or something
there u can file any complain u want. but they did put me on hold for at least 30 min to call the store and see whats going on, i think the wait was worth it

Yeah, Consumer Relations is the "corporate" department but they are just located in a call center as well. You can't actually talk to BB's CEO or VP or anything. Consumer Relations does have a direct #, but you'll still have to wait in the call queue to speak w/ someone since they are the only complaint department besides Public Defenders.

Hi Kyle. I'm having a horrible problem with Best Buy customer service. I've spent over two and a half hours on the phone in the past 3 days and have been hung up on 3 times. I filed a complaint with Customer Relations and that lady said there was nothing she could do to help me. I ordered an item on November 30th and it seems to be lost somewhere on your end. I'm told that I cannot get a refund. I've also sent 3 emails that have not gotten a reply. I don't know what else to do. This was a gift I needed for Hanukkah which started on 12/11. I was told before I ordered it that I would have it in time for the start of Hanukkah. I'm waiting on a phone call from the Better Business Bureau so I can file a complaint with them.
