No matter what the situation, even in cases where we may have to say no to a customer, the attitude you described from our employee is unacceptable. I will make sure the appropriate management receives your comments for further internal review. I hope you will not let one person change your love for Best Buy and that you will allow us the opportunity to serve you better in the future.
