OBVIOUSLY, THIS WOULD APPLY TO BLACK FRIDAY PCs.
PS I personally verified with corporate Best Buy, with store manager, and stated clearly on sales receipt! This is a terrible policy at Christmas time especially when Best Buy is having horrible sales this year. Best Buy has always been my favorite store. After after seeing 2 computer stores (Comp USA and CC) go out of business I do not want this to happen to Best Buy! Please protest to Best Buy Management!

Thank you for being so proactive in educating the public about this exclusion. It is correct that this year our holiday return policy does not encompass desktop and notebook computers. Please keep in mind that Reward Zone® Premier Silver Members do receive a 45 day return policy on ALL products (including desktops and notebooks).
