Well, I'm off to C.C. to see if they want my business for two LG LCD 1080 large screen tvs. Too bad no BB employee is going to get 'Kudos' from their bosses on a $1500.+ sale. I'm bringing copies of BB ad and C.C. has already agreed to match their price. Oh, I will be stopping by BB, to return the Christmas present that I had to buy at C.C. when the "Gauraunteed Shipping" turned into such a joke.
why don't you just walk into a best buy store and actually buy the TV off the shelf.
it' like u're trying to pick on best buy on purpose.

u-hsen, NO I'm not 'picking on BestBuy'. Please read my post (#37 on this thread) so I don't have to repeat myself.
Obviously, u_hsen, you do not take the time to actually READ the threads, or the posts of the people you are replying to. But, perhaps you graduated 'with honors' from the Evelyn Woods School of Speed Reading. As looking at your recent activity on this forum, you posted no less than 33 replies in a total of 4.2 hours! That averages less than 8 MINUTES per post! Amazing, how you could do all that reading in order to post intelligent and useful replies in such a short amount of time! This thread alone has over 40 posts! But then, the QUALITY of your replies does show that either you are NOT reading all of the information on the subjects, or, maybe it's a problem of comprehension?
Anyone can look at just a couple of your posts to see what I mean. For example:
Posts #10,11 on threadRe: US Soldiers banned from Best Buy because of Poor Customer Service!! ;
Posts #8 & 10 on thread; Re: lesson learned DO NOT BUY COMPUTERS FROM BEST BUY (go to DELL)
Post #3 on thread; Re: Geek Squad Service = Terrible

I am not siding with anyone. Lets make this clear so i dont get harassed on this forum..
Just one thing i found interesting was the rating at the bbb website where bby had 12k complaints and cc had 8k. Just one of the reasons maybe why is becasue bby has more stores, revunce, and customers. But again i am not siding with anyone.
I do not know your senario well senseless but lets say for example if u placed an order on the 10th and bby processed it on the 12th and sent it to ups on the 13th if the package is late that is not bestbuys fault. Yes we can say it is there fault becasue they chose ups to send ur package. Also i think the website is closed on sats and sundsays to process orders becasue I had expereiences with times when i put an order in friday and it wasnt proceessed till monday. Again i am not siding with anyone or attacking anyones opinion, i am simply stating my opinion as a part time employee who is a bestbuy customer for 8 years.
i know i have a a lot of spell check erros and grammer mistakes. lol i am not good in english becasue it is my second language

GUARANTEED is not in Best Buy's Vocabulary. I ordered a Wii Mario Cart game on 12/15 and guaranteed 12/24 delivery. Well, it is January 4th and still no package. AND no one seems to know why it left Philadelphia on the 20th to go to California. They tell me because of inclement weather. yeah, a little ice...please..get a new carrier to represent your Best Buy name because your delivery company choice is hideous. And so does the customer service people. Who cares about a $20.00 gift card when you have to tell a child that their present wasn't delivered on time. The customer service person couldn't even tell me when i should receive the package. She had to send in another order. Nice, huh?
I am a platinum rewards customer and I can tell you one thing...BB will not be receiving one more penny of mine. My husband found one in the store on the January 2nd, so whenever I receive my game in the mail it will be returned to the store...who knows, by then the return policy will expire by the time I get the package. And surprise... when you ask for a manager to talk to, they are all busy...everyone here knows why....because Best buy is horrible. So, they give you 24-48 hours for a manager call back. Guess what? No call back. Do you know why? Because the "customer service person" didn't know that she couldn't dispatch a manager call and a gift card dispacth at the same time. Guess who suffers? The customer. I guess it IS my problem that the customer service idiot doens't know her job.
