So to explain a long story bought an asus PC called asus and they said it was fine to put in my own videocard(noting this for later issues)
PC broke down after 5 months and was told by asus BB was an approved asus repair location, took in my PC and they looked at it
Bestbuy then called me up and somehow I agreed to have it shipped out for repair, While it was out a few weeks later it was approved for a replacement,, But it had my Video card and additional HDD) the service center refused to send back the video card stating it belonged with PC, (XFX is NOT included with this PC) they sent back the HDD then after much arguing about it they sent the whole PC back for me to backup and get my video card, and now here is where it gets complicated
No one checked the computer before shipping it, or checked it when the store received it, and since I knew the PC would NOT turn on I didn't really check when I got it, took it home about 45 min later brought it back, without my video card and after backing up the data.
Was not checked again before shipping, and was sent out a couple of weeks later it was shipped back stating that "I" have removed the ram and that it will not be repaired because of this, Obviously at this point WHY would I remove the ram from a PC underwarranty? Knowing full well I'm trying to get it fixed???, moving on called a customer defender (will provide name later if necessary) who issued me a 99.99$ giftcard to replace the ram. (heres where another issue occurs) since its a BB gift card I cannot buy the exact ram that was with the PC, so I spent the extra and bought gaming ram as I can just upgrade more to it after its fixed, so after ram arrives I goto the store and they install the ram and ship out the PC again to be fixed, This being the 3rd time being shipped out
month or so later I get a lovely email and phone saying my service is COMPLETE (which is very misleading) so happily I go to best buy to pick up my machine, I get there to find out the service center tried to charge best buy for the repairs and they denied it, so the PC was sent back to the store broken. At this point I find out the ram that was installed into the PC now VOIDED my asus warranty, so I called back the customer defender which she did not work today but the one I spoke with stated I can only email coporate or post here. I mean seriously I wasn't informed about the warranty being voided or even what the cost would be to replace the parts they just sent it back and called me saying it was DONE!
So I left the PC at the store because the service center misplaced my ram and the issue caused me to lose my warranty. I need my PC fixed or replaced, and in all honesty I would settle for a simple solution.
A PC from the store of similar type
removing ram within it and replacing with ram that I paid for.
Provide me no returns or warranty of any kind
and let me finally end this.
I think I put everything here.
I have wasted enough of bestbuy geeksquad and Customer defenders time to have paid for a new PC, or even the replacement parts.
PLEASE ASSIST

thanks for the luck but what voided the warranty is that the ram that was put into the machine as a replacement WAS not the same as it came with so was no longer convered under warranty. which exactly as you stated im not sure why that would void the warranty

I just noticed this might be the wrong dept it might need to be moved to warranties

I thank you for your post but a community connector already posted as shown above, and stated a social media person would be getting in touch with me.

Ryan's job is to assign the post to a Community Connector who will look into your issue. They can take an average of 3-5 business days to get to you. I understand that you are anxious, but they do try to get to you as quickly as possible, and since it's this close to Christmas, they are very busy.
