1 month tv already broken

So about 33 days ago i bought a samsung tv and last night it shut off by itself and just clicked and wont turn back on. Is it possible to exchange this tv towards the purchase of a new one or am i screwed and stuck with a 1 month tv that already needs to be repaired.

Re: 1 month tv already broken

Yes, you can still return it for a full refund, or exchange.

Because you bought it during the holiday shopping season. You have an extended return period. The deadline for holiday returns might be Jan 24, but I'm not certain of that date,

One of the Best Buy employees who frequent this forum. Will probably come along and tell you the correct deadline, long before a community connector gets around to you.

Good Luck -
